Shah Rukh has typically referred to Mannat as his most prized possession. Hailing from Delhi the place bungalows are frequent, Shah Rukh had expressed that he aspired to have a bungalow in Mumbai too when he went there to be an actor. In an interview with Radio Mirchi, he had mentioned, “I had this need to purchase a home. Not for any extravagance however mujhe aisa laga ki Mannat regular si kothi hai, primary khareed leta hoon (I felt like Mannat was like a standard bungalow, so I should purchase it).”
Throughout a Q&A session on Twitter, when a person requested Shah Rukh what the price of renting a room in Mannat is, the tremendous star replied, “30 saal ki mehnat mein padega (It should take 30 years of laborious work).”
