Saurabh labelled the sentimental image "My hearts (emoji)" when sharing it, and Tripti did the same when reposting it. In the picture, Tripti is seen giving Karnesh a close embrace as their eyes are closed and their arms are encircled. It is known where the click occurred. As the picture circulates online, people are left to wonder if their purported relationship is being confirmed by the post.
